    Why is order on hold?

      Hi Ella, The order stays on hold until it is paid for. I do see that you paid for the order. It will now go into processing. I am away on holidays in the Yukon returning Monday.     Why does it show my order as cancelled??

        I did send payment through paypal ......on 8/26/17 I have been waiting for this stamp order.....please let me know if you are sending it or I will go and cancel my paypal payment.

          order was made on 8/24...I received the payment request on 8/26 and did the paypal payment on 8/26.....not sure why you haven't shipped my order.....

            Hi Kim, now I know what happened. When your order and payment were viewed it was viewed by first name not last name. The payment was made by Charles & yes 100% for sure we have it. I am working today even though we are not opened Sundays & Mondays. I will be sure to have your order in tomorrow's mail. I will add a little something extra for our terrible error!
