Payment Information

We only accept Paypal for all orders. Payment is in US funds for US & International clients & Canadian funds for Canadian clients. All Paypal requests are sent from One Crazy Stamper Inc. the Owner of High Hopes Rubber Stamps.

Orders

We send orders to production after payment is received. Orders will ship within 4 to 5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping

All orders ship via Canada Post.  Shipping to the US or International must ship Canada Post Parcel Air service.  Min. shipping is $8.75 Canadian on all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.  Please note that we do not have control over the cost of shipping, this is regulated by Canada Post.

Free Shipping Offer

Orders of more than $50.00 Canadian (before applicable taxes) will ship free. within Canada & US.  Orders of more than $75.00 (before applicable taxes) will ship free to International destinations.

Minimum Shipping Charge – $8.75 + any applicable taxes. (unless the order qualifies for free shipping)

*We will contact you via email with your final invoice amount including the shipping. At this point we will forward the Paypal request for payment.

Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. High Hopes is not responsible for any charges incurred in clear your package.

Returns

We product all stamps with love and care. We only except returns on flawed product. In the event you have received a flawed product please contact us & we will issue an RMA for the return of the product. No returns are to be sent to us without an RMA.
